About

COVID-19 Notice

The Veterans Service department will be conducting a majority of business with our Veterans through remote means. We continue to heavily rely on phone conversations as well as trading documents through regular mail and email to conduct business. Appointments will be scheduled only if we are unable to accomplish a task with these remote means and after completing the county mandated pre-screening. If an appointment is scheduled there will be an expectation for a mask to be worn. Our van ride program remains suspended until further notice.

While this is different, it is what makes the most sense relative to the COVID 19 mitigation measures recommended by Minnesota Department of Health as well as the fact that many of our Veterans are in a high risk category.

Are you a Veteran impacted by COVID-19? Click here for grant eligibility requirements.

Veterans going to the VA or going to COMP and PEN examinations are strongly encouraged to call ahead of time to validate your appointment and to understand any changes in protocol to visit their facility.
