The Otter Tail County, Minnesota Public Works Division is responsible for the county highways, ditch systems, recycling and disposal as well as our county parks. It is made up of the following departments and functions:
Otter Tail County Ditches inspects the water drainage systems in the county.
The Highway department has under its jurisdiction 1,052 miles of highway and 142 bridges.

The department of Land and Resource Management is designed to enforce county and state ordinances / rules that help ensure a viable environment for the residents and visitors of the county.
