COVID-19 Prevention

There is currently no vaccine to prevent COVID-19.  The best way to prevent illness is using the following preventive steps to help prevent the spread of diseases.

How to Protect Yourself & Others

    • Practice social distancing
    • Wash your hands regularly
      • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
      • If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
      • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
    • Wear a Mask to protect others
      • Everyone should wear a cloth face cover when they have to go out in public.
      • You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick.
      • The cloth face cover is meant to protect other people in case you are infected.
    • If you don’t feel well, stay home
      • If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you should:
