Thank you to everyone who helped make the New York Mills employee picnic so much fun. It was great food and company as always! The food that everyone brought was so delicious that we felt the need to post a couple of recipes (see below).
We on the Committee would like to thank Scott Backstrom again for supplying his tailgating equipment and taking time cook for everyone. We would also like to give a shout out to the Wellness Committee for keeping everyone hydrated by donating water.

2 boxes of French vanilla instant pudding, 3 cups of milk, 8 or 12 oz cool whip (I used extra creamy), 1 box graham crackers, 1 container of chocolate frosting (not whipped-I used chocolate you can use milk or dark).
Mix the pudding and milk to soft set, stir in cool whip till there are no lumps 😊
1 layer of graham crackers pour half of pudding on top, add 2nd layer of graham crackers then 2nd half of pudding mixture. Then 3rd layer of graham crackers on top of pudding mixture.
Open can of frosting and microwave for 20 seconds, stir. Frosting should be pourable but not cooked. May need to heat again. Pour on top over graham crackers, spread evenly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
